How much smaller will it get?
Scans and photo-heavy PDFs often shrink by half or more. PDFs that are mostly text are already small and change little — if it isn’t worth it, we say so.
Will the text still be selectable?
Yes. Only the pictures inside the PDF are made smaller. Text, links and bookmarks stay exactly as they were.
Will it look blurry?
Pictures are kept at 150 DPI — sharp on screen and fine for printing forms and documents.
I need it under a size, like 200 KB.
Compress it first. If it’s still too big, use Split PDF to keep only the pages the form needs.
Are my files uploaded?
